You can choose to download the file and then run it from your local computer by finding it with Explorer and double clicking on it. An alternative, if you have a fast Internet connection, is to install the program by running it directly from the web. There are about 150 screen shots with explanations. (About 1.4 MB)

There are several free programs on the Internet that would allow you to unzip (uncompress) a file.

If you do not see the .zip (extension) or any other extensions in the file name, you probably have your version of Windows set up in the way it comes from Microsoft. This hides files extensions. You need to find the Folder Options selection on the top line of Explorer (right click on the Start button and choose Explore). This is either under the Tools or View selection, depending on the version of Windows you are using. Then uncheck Hide File Extensions for Know File Types.
