Kemp’s Case Works has a working copy of the Prime Case Management System running on our servers located at Venture Technologies, our ASP (Application Service Provider) partner. The only difference between this version and the normal version of Prime is that it uses example data. The Standard and SQL versions look and work exactly the same. We have two policies for using this demo. The first applies to current users of Clients Case Management and the second for prospective users.

1. Current Users
Our policy is to give current users of previous versions of Clients Case Management full use of the demo. We do this because, no matter what version of Clients you use, you would be able to navigate through Prime and explore the changes. We’ve made it a policy to keep the same interface so that users can use the new system and only need training on the improvements.

2. Prospective Users
We ask that prospective users allow us to walk them through the system, usually by phone. We have, on multiple occasions, provided a demonstration to a room full of prospective users using the ASP web edition, a projector and a speakerphone. We do this for several reasons. It allows us to answer questions and actually demonstrate our point. It prevents the user from getting lost or missing things in a feature-reach program. It also prevents them from feeling that Prime lacks a particular feature, when it includes the feature or accomplishes the same thing in a slightly different fashion. This demonstration usually takes an hour to an hour-and-a-half. It is not a sales call. After demonstration you can explore the system at your leisure.
