Concerned your reports aren't
running correctly?
We've had the Other Matters patch tested in about
eight locations and we've come across the following tips to make
sure your data is in tip top shape before running them.
1) You're getting an error when the _OService_OM
report attempts to run. This error happens because you
have one or more bad OMCode values in your OService table. The easiest
way to fix this is to open the OService table in the full version
of access and do an A-Z sort and a Z-A sort and see which ones aren't
suppose to be in there. The error message will also tell you the
one that doesn't exist but it will stop after the first one. The
list of acceptable OMCodes is located it the SubOservice table.
2) Your values are different between the _OService_OM
and the _CatPCodeTotals reports This happens because you
have a problem code listed in the OService table under OMPCode that
isn't in the SubPCode table. Either add the Problem Code to the
SubPCode table or correct the value that is the OService table.
3) Your concerned because the total number
of people helped doesn't seem correct. The best way to
deal with this is to open the OService table in the full version
of Access. Make sure that each column in the OSPHELPED field is
at least zero. Being blank won't cause it to fail but it's just
safer to have the zero there. You can also sort on a OMCode that
you think may be giving you a problem and count the person's helped
to see what your total is.
