98 and 2000.
What: This is a report that breaks down by office
and problem code groupings the total amount of time spent based
on time activity. Go here
to view a sample of the report.
How: 1) Download TimePriority.mdb
2) Open CFW2000.mdb with full version of Access
3) Click on File, then Get External Data, then Import
4) Locate and select TimePriority.mdb
5) Click on the Queries tab, then on _SourceTimePriority
6) Click on the Reports tab, then on rTimePriority
7) Click on OK
**If
you are using Clients 98 please follow steps 8-98 through 14-98.
If you are using Clients 2000, please follow steps 8-00 through 14-00.
8-98) Click on the forms
button
9-98) Right click on mnuInReports, the on Design View
10-98) Right click on the drop down under Non-QBF Reports,
then on Properties
11-98) Right click on the blank next to Row Source in
the Properties window, then Zoom
12-98) Enter this text ;"rTimePriority";"Time
Priority report" , then click OK
13-98) Save your changes and close the form
14-98) Click on Tools, then Database Utilities, then Compact
and Repair Database
8-00) Click on Tools, then Database Utilities, then
Compact and Repair Database
9-00) Open Clients, then go to the Upkeep tab
10-00) Click on the drop down under Setup Tables for
Defaults, Reports:
11-00) Scroll down and click on Non-QBF Reports about
Cases
12-00) Under the NonQBFName column type rTimePriority
13-00) Under NonQBFText put in a description of the
report
14-00) Close the table and you're done
