Report Manuals

The Clients for Windows Case Management Version 2000 optional Report Manual is available. The cost is $145. It includes examples of all the reports generated by Clients with explanations on how to produce them. It comes in a binder and is over 290 pages long. This manual supplements the standard 192-page basic manual. Additional copies are $55.

Standard Manuals

Extra copies of the standard manual are available for $35.00. This manual has over 200 pages. You get one manual included for each office you order for.

Tech Manual

A tech manual is available that lays out all the tables, fields, queries, reports, forms and objects. The cost is $50.

The Clients 2000 B Documentation (4.6 MB) has screen shots and improved instructions for using tools such as the Intake Question System. The SQL Documentation (345 KB) lays out the highlights of and the installation steps necessary to utilize this powerful, new option. The Implementation Plan (52 KB) has been totally rewritten and combines the old implementation plan with the list of policy decisions.
