Reporting Trouble If you're experiencing a problem with one of our software products, please E-Mail us your problem in the form described below. You may also want to check out our knowledge base. Bug Report Form When you submit your bug report, we will try and get back to you as soon as possible with a solution. You might also check the Tips-Talk and Knowledge Base portion of this site and the Microsoft Support web site. Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem. When you E-mail us, include the following (you may wish to highlight and copy the questions and paste them with your answers into your E-Mail): 1. What version of the software are you using? 2. What operating system are you using? 3. A brief one-line description of the problem: 4. If the problem
is reproducible, list the steps required to cause it, 5. If the problem is not reproducible (only happened once, or occasionally for no apparent reason), describe the circumstances in which it occurred and the symptoms observed:(note: it is much harder for us to fix non-reproducible bugs) 6.
