| Selecting Clients Case Management System (Clients) is only the beginning. The most important thing is learning how to use the system near its full capacity. Many offices underutilize the features built into Clients and this is often the result of a lack of training. KCW invites you to attend our Spring 2008 National Training in Tampa, FL. The Training will be dual-track with Fundamental and Intermediate/Advanced sessions running concurrently. You can pick and choose which sessions you want to attend. All sessions are hands-on with a notebook computer for each person, running both the Standard Access and SQL Editions of Clients.
The intensive four-day training is designed to appeal to all users of Clients. Program Directors, Managing Attorneys, Pro Bono Coordinators, System Administrators, and Staff Attorneys and Secretaries that use the system on a day-to-day basis are encouraged to attend. If you are a new user or average daily user, the training will provide you with the foundation needed to use the system with confidence. KCW will train you on existing and new features and show you how to incorporate these features into a normal workday routine to increase the quantity and quality of your work. You will learn all stages of the Client Intake Process, Searching for Information in the System, Time-Keeping & Calendaring, Performing Light Customizations to the System, and getting Reports & Queries. The Intermediate/Advanced Sessions include Advanced Queries & Custom Reports, Designing Special Programs, Visual Basic Applications, Working with SQL Server, Using and Modifying the System, Project Management, and many more.
